API 682 Type C, Arrangement 1
Type VN is a high-temperature, single cartridge metal bellows seal with a floating or segmented throttle bushing and a steam guide, independent of shaft rotation direction. The pressure-balanced bellows provide excellent angular and radial movement at high speeds. It is designed to seal fluids in most refinery applications, including hydrocarbons, crude oil products, aromatic fractions, and chemicals.
